Warm Potato Salad with Smoked Trout and garlic dressing

A wonderfully tasty smoked trout dish

  • 150g New Potatoes
  • 50ml Morgan House Organic Garlic Dressing
  • Handful Rocket Leaves
  • 100g Smoked Trout


Quarter the potatoes and boil in salted water until cooked but still holding its shape.

Drain and allow the steam to escape so the potatoes dry out.

Add the garlic dressing and mix well. Set aside for 5 minutes to allow the flavours to meld.

Divide the trout and the potato salad between two plates.

Serve with the rocket.
