- 225g Raw Prawns
- I tablespoon Olive Oil
- Morgan House Organic Sweet Pepper Sauce
- 2 Handfuls of Rocket
- 2 Lemon Wedges
Heat frying pan/wok, when hot but not smoking, add olive oil and stir fry prawns till just cooked, add 4 tablespoons of sweet pepper sauce and stir through.
Serve with a handful of rocket and a wedge of lemon.
