- 2 Steaks
- Morgan House Organic Garlic Dressing
- 2 teaspoons peppercorns lightly crushed
- 2 tablespoons double cream
- 75ml red wine
- Green Beans or asparagus if you prefer.
Put the garlic dressing and peppercorns to in a small pan. Bring to the boil and then simmer gently until reduced by half (about 10 mins). Remove from heat and add double cream stir and season to taste.
Season steaks and sear on a hot griddle pan and cook to your preference.
Serve with sauce and lightly steamed green beans.
