Beat the Winter Blues with our ‘Kickstarter’ Tonic

The weather is changing and we are all prone to coughs and colds.

Why not change your morning drink to a mug of organic cordials that are great for you. Here is a recipe for what we call ‘the kickstarter’.

Add 5ml each of Organic Lemon Cordial and Organic Ginger Cordial to your favourite large mug and top up with boiling water (make up to at least 250ml). Enjoy!

“It’s all change at the Enterprise Centre; my favourite neighbour, Amethyst Brides, is moving out to bigger premises. I shall miss them but fortunately, they are not moving far away. New businesses are moving in and I look forward to getting to know them.

I am winning the battle of the office radio, I like Radio 2 and Jazz FM, everyone else likes Heart! So I am old. I like Heart, but I can’t concentrate when I am listening to it – it’s been a full 2 weeks since I had to change station back to Radio 2!”
