Morgan House was my childhood home. It represents a place of love and effortless hospitality, and the place where I learned to cook. I created Morgan House Foods to promote that love of food sharing and the desire to re-introduce handmade, additive-free condiments, sauces and preserves to our daily lives. I have been perfecting the process for over 20 years and my recipes are based on long-term family favourites from my childhood spent experimenting with my parents in our kitchen at home. Our intention, always, was to preserve the seasonal produce while retaining their freshness and zing. The products I make today are the ones we loved the most.
